Take Parts Factory is a precision NC lathe (CNC turning) machine shop in Toyokawa, Aichi, Japan, with more than 25 years of experience machining titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other difficult materials to a dimensional tolerance of 0.001 mm. We take lots from a single piece to volume production, in parts from Ø10 to 460 mm and up to 2,000 mm long, and we answer English inquiries by email at info@takepartsfactory.com.

At the quotation stage we ask what you most want to improve. Higher accuracy? A shorter lead time? Moving a part from another process over to NC lathe machining? We take on a wide range of requirements.

Once we have your request, more than 25 years of experience cutting difficult-to-machine materials — together with the database we built ourselves — lets us arrive quickly at the best machining method and the right tooling.

As soon as the Take Parts Factory system has done its work, we come back to you with a quotation. Some parts call for a careful discussion first, so please allow for that.

Writing the program
This is Take Parts Factory's greatest strength: writing the NC lathe program. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience and know-how, we build programs that get everything the machine has to give. We combine CAD/CAM with hand-written code to cover work of every kind.

Quality control
Take Parts Factory puts real effort into quality control. The shop floor is held at around 20 °C at all times, and the coordinate measuring room is kept under strict temperature control.
